• performance mobile marketer / Growth experienced marketer, 
• performance marketing focused, 
• comfortable with KPIs tracking and optimizing across digital media platforms.

Experience with app install and sign-up in app user growth, CAC, LTV. 
Innovative and resourceful, we expect you to figure out the best way or ways to test and optimize ads & campaigns. 
Previous experience with a fast paced startup is valued but not required. 
I don’t care about education but experience running ads and campaigns focused on growth and controlling performance  kpis.
